Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible experience I received my glasses in March. Had them replaced once because of blurred vision. I have been to the store four times for adjustments. I still can't see clear when I'm sitting at the computer. After a full day staring at blurred script, everything is blurred on the way home. My doctor reexamine my eyes and came up with the same results, so something is wrong with these glasses. I have had to go back to my previous glasses because I can't afford to pay for another pair. It took a little getting used to all over again, but at least I can see when I'm driving home. This has been the worst experience.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from trash The first pair lasted six months before the spring in joint broke. The second pair lasted almost nine months before the same issue. Rubber piece on arm falls off.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap frames Frames had a one yr warranty on them and I had to get them replaced a month before the warranty was up and they didn't have the same ones so I got a cheaper pair and they done the same thing in a month after the warranty was up to get them replaced for my copay. I am not at all happy that I spent $450 on glasses and they didn't last a yr. every other frames and glasses I've had for 38 yrs lasted longer.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from nice frames but not for progressives This is my first pair of progressives, and unfortunately, these frames aren't working for me. The lenses need to be in a fixed spot on the face, but the arms are too flexible and the lenses don't go down far enough, leaving too much uncorrected vision. Otherwise, I like how they look and feel. It's been a learning process.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ray ban logo irritating The lenses should not have anything on them. What a terrible idea! Put whatever you want on the frames, but nothing - NOTHING - should be on the lenses themselves. It's like having perpetually dirty lenses that can't be cleaned. What's worse is that I had no indication before buying these that it would be this way.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Argh Glasses Not really happy with glasses. Could be not use to wearing them but they give me a headache due to things looking curved. Example dashboard on car looks curved when driving so it tends to throw things off. Glasses themselves look fine but just looking through them throws me off. Will continue with my contacts.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a very good feature I am not very happy at all.with my glasses. I was disappointed. I was a customer with you for past many years and I thought you will do a good job. I should have got it done at my eye doctors office. I chose Lens Crafters due to my past experience and good customer service. Not this time and disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Returned Returned due as I was not prepared for the limitations of progressive lens. May go get a pair of “reading” lens. But probably will not go w/ this frame again as the price did not match what I ultimately felt I should get in a quality frame. Arms did not inspire a quality perspective at this price.
