Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nose bridge I have had these over a month now, but no mater how much i adjust them, they will not sit prefect on my face, I will feel the nose bumpers all the time, poking in to the bridge of my nose, I love the look of them, but i may have to switch back to my older pair. forget about wearing a hat with them and that is my style to wear hats, they are to large in the frame that the brim of the hat will push down on the frame back into my face or back of my ears, over time becomes painful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lightweight All Day Wear! I have had these for almost 6 months and love them. They are stylish with classic lines. My favorite pair I that I own.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Complete Professional Pacckage Good fit and the clarity and focus of the len is precise and accurate

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Never fit right Were much too small for my face. Kept squeezing off my nose and constantly needed adjustment. Left indented marks on my temples that went nearly to my eyes. Not very happy with these glasses. Am impressed that lenscrafters recognized my problem and corrected it with another brand. Now my glasses fit properly and I am very happy with the outcome.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from not a proper fit...wont fix properly 2nd pair from the store in Chino hills. Neither fit properly. when I take them back all they do is heat them. It is a 1 day temporary fix. They fall right off my face when I bend over. Very good location but next time I might have my appointment there and go else where for glasses

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great frames I received my new glasses just before the pandemic closed my local store. I love the frames, I hate the lens crafter lenses. I called begging to come in and get the glasses adjusted and discuss the lens issues that I am having only to be told no since they do not deem it as an emergency. I now worry that lens crafters will not honor the warranty for lenses. At this time I would not recommend purchasing from them

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very uncomfortable I bought these glasses in mid December. I like the look and the lenses are good. I find the glasses very uncomfortable to wear. I wear glasses all the time. I wore these for a couple of weeks. They hurt my nose and the top of my ear. I asked at the store if larger nose pieces could be installed. They said no. They feel like they fit ok, but seem to be very painful. I have switched to my old glasses.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Frames are great, lenses may not be right The glasses themselves are sturdy and comfortable. They slip down my nose a bit more than I want, but it's not the end of the world. I think the focal point on the lenses (transitional frames for an old man) was set too high on these glasses. I feel like to really focus I have to tilt my head down through the glasses in order to see properly. My eyes feel like they are really strained by the end of each day.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I really hate this pair. I have had RayBans in the past and liked them a lot. This pair is the opposite. They don’t fit right and are either painful or slide around. Anytime I need to see something beneath eye level I have to bend my neck because these don’t fit right. I also paid for the anti-glare coating but they obviously didn’t do it. People at the store tried adjusting them. But this was definitely a $750 mistake.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Expensive glasses!!! I had an eye exam and purchased my lenses and frame for LensCrafters. I have returned several times for adjustments and I’m still having issues. I don’t see well out of the left lense. It’s as if the seeing close script is very small. I have to lift the glasses to see. Extremely annoying. The total bill for the glasses was $681.00. The most I’ve ever spent and the worst glasses ever!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable The product is great. Frames my face well, looks good, and it's pretty sturdy. One of it's best qualities is that the arms are really thin. If you wear headphones often - the ones that cover your entire ear - then you most likely find that the glasses are still really comfortable after a few hours of wearing them.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from new eye glasses I bought my glasses over a month ago and I see worse than I did before.
Date published: 2018-01-06
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bad Idea to Advertise on Lens I assumed when I paid for the more expensive lens I would get a high quality lens. I was surprised and irritated to find that there are Ray Ban logos on the lens in the corner which is quite distracting. Might want to tell people about this "feature" before buying. I won't buy them again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Needs springs I like the look of them but I wish they had the spring loaded temples so they were more comfortable. I didn’t think it would make that much difference but for someone who only takes their glasses off to sleep, I definitely think my previous pair with the springs was much more comfortable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Happy overal with these.... So far I have been happy with the glasses and lenses. Frames are comfortable and they are nice and clear. My one complaint is that if get more reflections of light in them that I am used to with my Crizal lenses. People at Biltmore Park Lens Crafters were awesome. They always are!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great glasses I love these glasses. They are just what I wanted. It took me a little while to get used to the progressive lenses but after that it was great. One pair of glasses for everything you need and they are transition lenses so another great feature for Florida.
Date published: 2017-09-18
Rated 1 out of 5 by from There is a green glare, almost unwearable. I wanted to return them but no one got back to me from the online request for support. The glasses have a green glare, it makes them hard to wear. I will probably never buy from LensCrafters again and will not recommend them
Date published: 2020-01-26
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Meh glasses feel wonky. Left lenses seem loose when cleaning them, makes noise when I squint. Lots of pressure on the temples and nose. I have had adjustment perhaps they are too small for my face. Wish it was a better fit.
Date published: 2018-03-06
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Flimsy garbage. These frames and a similar frame have broken several times. Ray Ban quality has gone to absolute garbage. Do yourself a favor avoid the Ray Ban name because you can get the cheaper frames and they last a lot longer.
Date published: 2019-02-25
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid, well made I like the fit, and am very happy with the feel of the glasses - both lenses and frames. A bit pricey - this comes out of my pocket (no insurance, sad), but I did get great glasses, a great exam, and I'm very happy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great glasses! Chose these glasses along with a few others. Staff member had me try all the choices on and these fit, felt, and looked the best for me. Very well made pair of glasses, sturdy frame and quality.
Date published: 2018-12-26
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Crooked frames I bought these glasses about 6 weeks ago. The Ray Ban frames are crooked and evidently cannot be adjusted. My progressive lenses don't provide the corrections they should because of that.
Date published: 2019-08-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great glasses These are my first pair of glasses and I’ll say I have loved them I have had them for 2 months already and there so comfortable and nice looking frames definitely I’ll recommend them.
Date published: 2020-07-28
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too expensive I love the frames and lenses but I returned them because they are just too expensive. One pair of HD progressive glasses were just shy of $500. They really need to be more competitive
Date published: 2017-10-08
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not to bad I bought these glasses and I love the design.. But the way they squeeze my head it gives me headaches.. Tried to adjust out but it changed my sight to much.
Date published: 2020-08-02
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst ever These are the worst frames I’ve ever owned. Arms break after a month, got them fixed and they broke again a month later... wasn’t rough on them or anything, just very poor design....
Date published: 2019-04-07
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overview of glasses Glasses are Good so far, however my perifial vision is so strong that it’s difficult at times to wear the glasses because I see around the frames causing slightly scrambled vision .
Date published: 2018-01-23
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Still getting adjusted First time wearing prescription glasses. Got progressive bi-focals. Sometimes it seems like I'm looking through a peephole, especially on the computer. It's getting better though.
Date published: 2020-03-13
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Friendly and Professional Service I have historically purchased my glasses elsewhere and I'm glad I gave Lens Crafters a chance. I liked the selection as well as the quick and friendly service.
Date published: 2017-02-19
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Stylish I am a Carpenter, probably not the best pair of glasses for work but they've been very nice. They do slide down my nose when I sweat but that's not unusual.
