Avoid using digital devices an hour before trying to sleep
Don't take phones and tablets to bed. The blue light (between 460-500 nm) from your digital display may keep you awake.
Follow the 20-20-20 rule
Every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for about 20 seconds. This will help your eyes refocus and avoid computer eye fatigue.
