About the frame

With a history that spans two centuries, Brooks Brothers is one of America's most distinguished menswear brands. These men's rectangular eyeglasses in grey wood and transparent acetate are distinctively dashing. Crafted from cellulose acetate, a natural plastic derived from cotton, these frames are flexible yet strong as well as hypoallergenic for those with sensitive skin. Flex hinges resist bending and give a comfy, adjustable fit. Our favorite detail is the gradient fade—it's an eye-catching color change-up for a fashion forward kick. See-through temples capped with the Brooks Brothers signature reveal core wires inside.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful I've had these glasses a couple of months and despise them. There is no way to get the lenses clean. LC gave me a small rag that just pushes the smudges around so the lenses are never actually clean. and I have already dropped the rag on the ground 3 times and had to go back and search for it. When I picked up the glasses LC warned me about how hard they were to keep clean. Gosh, thanks. A warning when I ordered them would have enabled me to make another choice. LC probably wanted to sell these because of what? Profit margin? I think I am done with LC.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Separate the frame from the lens The frames are excellent, very high quality. Yes, the nose can be a bit slippery if you wear them and perspire heavily,

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stylish and comfortable These are a perfect neutral pair of glasses. The two texture design helps to blend them to your face. The gray stands out without being obnoxious. I love these glasses even more than my previous Ray Bans!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A perfect match The woman behind the counter gave me a sort of shallow basket to collect the frames I found that I might want. I walked up to the nearest racks, picked these up thinking I'd love them, tried them on and loved them. I did feel obligated, since I had plenty more room in my tray, to peruse the whole selection on offer. I tried on several, but not one more went into my basket. So, a pretty easy sell. Love at first sight.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Glasses Ever Very difficult to adjust so that the glasses are stable. Adjustments don't last -- the plastic seems to have some memory and the frames revert to their unadjusted state. And don't talk to me about Transitions! They never revert to clear quickly enough when coming in out of the sun -- no matter what your salesperson "promises"!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not at all thrilled but will have to do Progressive lenses do not work well in office conditions. If your chair is not high enough and your computer low enough they do not work so you have to take them off and go back to readers.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Prices high Had an eye exam and bought glasses. Eye exam was very detailed. The young woman that helped me picked out the frames was very nice. The only downside was the prices of the frames and lenses. Maybe try on reducing prices especially with a lot of competition.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Glasses with transition lenses. I returned the glasses. The lenses made me feel nauseous and dizzy. The sales person was wonderful but just could not remedy the problem.
