There is no cost to join the program. The monthly fee can vary based on the frame and lens choices you choose for your 2 or 3 pairs of prescription glasses.
To join, please visit us at your nearest, participating LensCrafters location and our associates will assist you in getting signed up. This program is not available in LensCrafters stores in Canada.
Anyone can sign up! For anyone under the age of 18, you will need a parent or guardian to sign up for you.

- Eye Exam Credit – up to $100 reimbursement credit for your eye exam cost that is applied to your program’s monthly payment
obligations in year 2 of the plan

- 2 new prescription glasses (after 12 months) by signing up for a new contract under the program
- 2-year Eyewear Protection Plan for each pair of glasses (See your Eyewear Protection Plan terms for complete coverage
details.)
After 12 months of being in the program, you have 1 year to upgrade your LensCrafters+ program with 2 new pairs of prescription glasses.
1LensCrafters+ program requires a minimum purchase of 2 pairs of glasses under a retail installment contract with 24 equal monthly payments. May not be combined with other offers or promotions. Additional program terms, conditions, and restrictions apply. See store associate for more information and refer to the LensCrafters+ Retail Installments for terms and conditions.
2Addition of 2 new pairs subject to a maximum of 3 pairs of glasses under the LensCrafters+ program and requires a new 24-month installment contract; see LensCrafters+ Retail Installment Agreement for terms and conditions on product upgrade.
3Eye exams available by the Independent Doctors of Optometry at or next to LensCrafters.
4Get an eye exam from an optometrist of your choice and we will give a credit for the out-of-pocket cost of eye exam up to $100 CAD. The credit will be applied to your plan’s monthly payment obligations in year 2. Optometrist must be licensed to practice in Canada.
